Understand and Embrace Difficult Emotions with Susan David

Every day we speak around 16,000 words – but the voice in our heads creates thousands more. Thoughts such as ‘I’m not spending enough time with my children’ or ‘I don’t have the confidence to do this presentation at work’ are taken as unshakable facts when, in reality, they are the judgmental opinions of our inner voice. Susan David, author of Emotional Agility, professor of psychology at the Harvard Medical School faculty and founder and co-director at the Harvard/McLean-affiliated Institute of Coaching, will be helping us to become aware of our emotional inner dialogue, face our feelings and flourish using our emotional agility.

In this workshop you will learn how to:

  • unhook yourself from negative emotional patterns
  • achieve your goals
  • live your life to your fullest right here, right now

Tickets: £20.
