Access and Visitor Information
The Library is open to researchers and members of the public Sunday to Thursday, 10.00 - 17.00, during the lecture season (September - July) at no charge.
Please see our What's On calendar for late night opening of the Library!
Access outside these hours can be arranged with the Librarian. The Library is closed on Fridays and Saturdays, public holidays.
Please note that the Library is situated on the first floor and there is no wheelchair access. Alternative arrangements can be made for disabled readers.
Before you visit
Due to staffing restrictions, readers are advised to make an appointment to ensure that the Library will be open when they plan to visit and that the material they seek is available. Appointments may be made by letter, phone or email. Please read the Library Rules before you visit.
