CATERING

From corporate events, conferences to weddings and private dinners, Conway Hall is well-equipped to host a wide array of events. We want to make sure each element of every event hosted in our spaces is delivered to the highest standards, reflecting the desires of every client perfectly.

To make your decision-making as easy as possible, we work with a wonderful group of preferred suppliers. All have great ethical credentials, which is obviously of upmost importance to us, being an Ethical society.

We are proud to work with local restaurant, Woolley’s. Woolley’s are our neighbour on Lamb’s Conduit Passage, so working with them means that there is no vehicle delivery to the venue, which cuts down on your event’s carbon footprint. Woolley’s also have a great commitment to working sustainability which you can read about here.

Woolley’s have been providing healthy food to their customers since 1988, and continue to develop menus that boast freshness, quality and great taste.
As well as providing plenty of options for your private event, if you are hosting a public event at Conway Hall, Woolley’s can also run a small café for your guests.

Social Pantry tell us that they are determined to make a difference whilst still delivering extraordinary events, extraordinary service & extraordinary food. Sounds good to us!

They have an amazing roadmap to sustainability that appeals very much to us at Conway hall. This plan includes educating their staff to become more eco-literate, boycotting brands on their supply chain that don’t adhere to sustainable practises, seeking green accreditation, flighting climate change, using green energy and much, much more.

Not only that, they have worked with some truly wonderful venues and have great experience of delivering stylish, creative and exceptional events with really amazing food and a great team.

Penni Black’s ethos of providing amazing events and exquisite food with sustainability at the forefront was very appealing for us here at Conway Hall.

Penni Black believe in reducing their negative environmental impact right from the start; when it comes to their eco-friendly catering that means ingredients are sourced locally thus reducing the carbon footprint and keeping the journey from source to plate as short as possible. Their chefs work with the seasons, using produce that’s abundant and fresh – just how it should be.

These ethics are carried throughout their business; everything from communication, reporting, waste management and theming is carefully considered to keep the environmental impact to an absolute minimum.

Ethical sourcing, recycling and upcycling is at the heart of everything that Penni Black does, and so is amazing food.
