BROCKWAY ROOM

The Brockway Room is ideal for your room hire requirements. It has a seating capacity of 75 and is perfect for meetings, lectures, and even exhibitions with its specifically designed skylight which floods the room in natural daylight.

It is located on the ground floor and is fully accessible by wheelchair.

The Brockway Room is named after Fenner Brockway – a politician, writer and activist, who is probably best-known for his work in campaigning for world peace and an end to racial inequality. He was a pacifist who was arrested and imprisoned multiple times during the First World War for campaigning against conscription to the army. He also has the “happiest statue in London” created in his honour in Red Lion Square.
