 Alexander Boyd

Appreciated for the sensitivity and integrity of his interpretations, Alexander Boyd enjoys a career as both soloist and chamber musician. Born in 1972 he made his concerto debut in 1983 with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, and since his London Wigmore Hall debut in 2001 he has performed at many of the worlds leading recital halls, as well as appearing in international music festivals in the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe.

This concert is followed by an informal Q&A which will be conducted by Owen Mortimer, editor of International Piano magazine.

An exhibition of works by Alexander’s father, acclaimed Australian artist Jamie Boyd (Yellow Lioness & Others, 26 March – 23 April 2018) coincides with the recital.

Doors: 6.15pm. Start: 7pm
