To envision the future of climate change is to recognise the environmental and social justice challenges that will be faced. Tackling climate change cannot be separated from the challenges of promoting inclusivity and diversity. These issues include how vulnerabilities and health burdens of climate change fall disproportionately upon lower-income communities and communities of colour, to the recognition of white activists like Greta Thunberg and not others of colour like Autumn Peltier. How can we shift the climate conversation to one that is more inclusive to reap the greatest benefits for society?
