Let’s be real. Life can feel like a series of challenges. London can feel like a series of challenges. Love can feel like a series of challenges. How do we find out whether the experience we are having is the best we can ever get?

In this fun, fast paced and disruptive evening we will give you the opportunities to get at least 3 unique workouts, a bit like 3 HIITs to the head.

We have some of the most creative and dynamic coaches in the industry as well as small group workshops with our Guerrilla thinkers to uncover your unique plan to get to where you really want to be.

Bring our coaches your biggest questions, your deepest dilemmas, your most open of minds.

Our coaches are here to push you. Just like a Spin instructor we know you have the amazing capacity to get your mind working in ways that will make you feel healthier, fitter and more positive.

We are running the night in 2 sessions:

7pm tickets: Arrive, have a glass of wine, jump straight in to 3 back to back speed coaching sessions, then split off into some informal creative groups with 2 of our Guerrillas to dig a little deeper. Then back to the bar!

8.30pm tickets: Exactly the same as above.

9.30pm – A chance for all to have a drink and debrief and chat informally with our Guerillas and our coaches.

10pm – Home time.

Nearest tube is Holborn (5 mins walk to venue).
