The Night Shift
5th April 2018 · 7:30pm - 10:30pm
In person | Virtual event
The Night Shift is where you can experience classical music, minus the rules. This alternative classical series strips away the pretentions of the regular concert hall so you can enjoy the music on your own terms. Take pictures. Enjoy a drink. Even clap when you feel like it.
At this gig, hear the expert musicians from the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment play some of music’s high wire acts – Mozart’s horn concertos performed on genuine 18th century natural horns.
Conway Hall, London’s original home of freethought, is the perfect place to listen to the Mozart, the original freethinking composer.
Support comes from string duo Balladeste, who blend minimalism, folk and Indian classical into stunning alt-folk soundscapes.
