Accademia Dell’Opera Italia’s CEO and Founder Massimo Modi joins one of Italy’s finest repetiteurs, Andrés Jesus Gallucci, for this masterclass in Italian opera.
Andres and Massimo will lead a selection of talented emerging artists in this concert, featuring some one the standout works from Italian operatic arias from Bellini, Rossini, Donizetti, Verdi, Puccini, and Mascagni, including La Traviata, La Bohème, and Cavalleria Rusticana. Witness first-hand how these young artists refine their craft, presenting selected arias from bel canto and verismo traditions, with an insight into the rigorous audition process of the opera world.
About Andrés Jesus Gallucci
Since 2015, Andrés has forged collaborations with prestigious opera festivals and productions. He currently serves as a répétiteur at the Fondazione Teatro Fraschini in Pavia and the Teatro Sociale di Como, contributing to the Opera Lombardia circuit and the Como Città della Musica Festival. From 2021, he has been engaged as a répétiteur and stage pianist at the Teatro Regio di Parma for the Festival Verdi. Andrés has worked alongside acclaimed opera artists, including Filippo Morace, Roberto Coviello, Silvia Dalla Benetta, Tiziana Fabbricini, Andrea Mastroni, Maria Grazia Schiavo, Alberto Gazale, Denia Mazzola Gavazzeni, and Lella Cuberli, among others.

This event is in the Main Hall, which is located on the ground floor.
All the ground-floor rooms are fully accessible by wheelchair. There is also an accessible toilet on the ground floor opposite the Brockway Room.
