LGBT Humanists – A Campaigns Update

Join LGBT Humanists at Conway Hall on 8 June, where we will hear from Richy Thompson, Director of Public Affairs and Policy at Humanists UK.

Richy has been campaigning for humanist causes for over a decade. He is a former member of the advisory group of the Sex Education Forum, on the steering groups of Voice for Choice, the Accord Coalition for inclusive education and the Fair Admissions Campaign, and a representative of Humanists UK at the Religious Education Council for England and Wales.

Richy will be updating us on Humanists UK’s campaigns work – in Westminster, across the media, and beyond – for LGBT rights, including RSE, marriage laws, faith schools, and apostasy-related issues.

We’d love to meet some more of our members, friends, and supporters, so please do come along and join us on the evening! Doors will open at 19:00, and the event will run from 19:30-21:30.
