Nicola Martin: How to deal with Difficult People and Win
21st March 2016 · 7:00pm - 9:00pm
In person | Virtual event
The world is full of difficult people; there’s the manipulators, bullies, control freaks, and back stabbers just to name a few. Perhaps the best way to deal with difficult people is to just avoid them. Unfortunately for most of us this is not practical – Therefore we need to devise strategies to diffuse these energy drainers who seemingly frustrate, annoy, irritate and disturb us to the very core.
Nicola Martin MSc is the Principal and Founder of City CBT Coaching College and is responsible for professional and ethical standards. She has been seeing clients for over 25 years in the capacity of both a coach and a psychotherapist.
Nicola is also an experienced and high profile lecturer of many years and is committed to making learning an enjoyable experience. Nicola completed her Diploma in CBT and a MSc in Rational-Emotive Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (RECBT) at Goldsmiths, University of London. She is passionate about delivering the best strategies to help her clients realise their goals.
This will be a very useful seminar whether you are a therapist, coach or for your own personal development.
