Sunday Assembly: Harvest Festival

The Sunday Assembly presents Harvest Festival Join the Sunday Assembly in a celebration of the Harvest Festival. Come along for interesting speakers energetic singing tea cake and more! The Sunday Assembly is a godless congregation that meets on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month to hear great talks sing songs and celebrate life. This week we are also collecting food to donate to food banks as part of our commitment to ‘giving back’ to the community. Please bring tins and non-perishable foods for the food banks. Sanderson Jones (over enthusiastic bearded) and Pippa Evans (musical hilarious) will be joined by a host of inspirational speakers to create a morning that is part-atheist church part-foot stomping show. Each event has a theme with stories readings and a final address on that topic. No matter what the subject the goal of The Sunday Assembly is to solace worries provoke kindness and inject a bit more whizziness into the everyday. Main Hall. 11.00.
