 Tibet: Human Rights and Independence

Constituting a first for CLHG, we will examine the social justice and human rights situation in Tibet, and what conscientious positions we can take in the UK in this respect.

To assist us in this, we will be joined by Eleanor Byrne-Rosengren and John Jones, respectively the director, and campaigns and communications manager, for the UK non-profit Free Tibet (https://freetibet.org/about-us).

Doors open at 6.30 p.m. with the aim of starting the talk at 7 p.m.  Please arrive early to enjoy conversation and a drink from our wine bar, the profits of which will go to Free Tibet.

We request £3 at the door, or if you prefer you can pay online on our PayPal link.
This helps us toward the costs for putting on events such as this.

We need your help!

We host talks, concerts, performances, community and social events. However, we are an independent charity and receive no funding from the government. Everything we do is dependent upon our commercial activity and the generosity of supporters like you.
