A wide range of state-of-the-art Audio Visual equipment is available to hire and technical support for events can be arranged in advance.

Superfast fibre broadband and WiFi throughout (typical WiFi speeds of up to 300 MB upload§ and download, uncontended, 13ms ping latency – 100x faster than Virgin Media or The Cloud networks).

Large (Main Hall) and  Medium (Brockway Room) 4:3 (presentation size) screens with two projectors (HDMI and VGA compatible). HD widescreen LCD TV (HDMI compatible)  (Bertrand Russell Room).

Wireless headset “countryman” microphones for hands-free presentations and discussions for up to 4 people onsite with additional sets available. Crystal-clear sound and no feedback. Just like Britney Spears and Madonna.

4 x HD Video cameras “hidden” remote operation: pan,tilt and zoom (For recording and live-streaming* in the Main hall).

Plug-and-play gigabit ethernet sockets available for your own streaming and recording/broadcasting equipment (typical speeds of 1000MB (1GB) upload and download, uncontended, 3ms ping latency).

We can also live-stream (using Wirecast) or video conference your event in real-time High Definition video in the main hall*.

In addition to having our own on-site equipment, we are delighted to let you know that we have teamed up with PF Events to be able to further enhance your event through their technical expertise and wide range of additional lighting and A/V equipment.
